It looks as though this year will see even more women taking up the sport of triathlon. This women only event already has 200 entries and we still have over two weeks of both postal and on-line entries - closing date midnight 4/6/09.

FREE MINI SEMINAR, TRIATHLON TIPS, TOUR
Saturday 3.30pm by Marquee - Open Water swim tips and the route explained by Triathlon, Swim and Run Coach Robert Ferris. 4pm Transition tips and be inspired by Shirley Yarde Hawaii Ironman, World and European medallist. Free of charge to all, but those not competing will have to pay to park. On-site Camping available.
We still have some spaces for the SIS Super Sprint Triathlon on 10 May and Novice/Youth Event. Entries close 7/5/09.

SORRY THE EVENT HAS HAD TO BE POSTPONED TO A LATER DATE, THERE IS 20CM OF SNOW ON THE CAR PARK, AND TRANSITION (see pic on Off Road Page 11am Saturday). WE HOPED FOR A BIG THAW TODAY, BUT LOOKS AS THOUGH TEMPERATURES ARE GOING TO REMAIN LOW, full details of new date and further instruction will be on this site Monday afternoon.

So Very Sorry we still only have finish times at the moment for the Cotswold Triathlon on our results page. The chip timing company we employed; Black Sheep Sports have had computer problems and can't produce proper splits at this time but assure us they will be available today.
